This is full medical billing services with enhancements that include patient eligibility, claim status, electronic faxing, secure messaging, claim tracking. It also includes patient billing with enhanced direct to patient ebills, patient portal, credit card processing services, Tier 1 support.
Services are provided at a percentage of collections. Patient payments made in the office on the date of service are tracked, but never subject to a fee. There are no additional fees for services. A monthly minimum may be needed based on your practice’s volume. $225.00 per month is the average monthly minimum fee subject to negotiation.
New practices can also receive credentialing services included in your overall package at no additional cost.
